- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 packet yeast
- 1 cup water (warm)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup salted butter (melted)
Add 1 cup flour, sugar, and yeast to a large ziploc bag. Mix well.

Add the last cup of flour and mix.
Pour dough onto a floured surface and knead. Place in a greased bread pan and let rise around 45 minutes.
