Ingredients

  • 3 cup flour (divided)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 packet yeast
  • 1 cup water (warm)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup salted butter (melted)

Instructions

  • Add 1 cup flour, sugar, and yeast to a large ziploc bag. Mix well.

  • Add water. Mix. Let sit around 10 minutes until bubbles form.

  • Add the last cup of flour and mix.
  • Pour dough onto a floured surface and knead. Place in a greased bread pan and let rise around 45 minutes.
  • Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
