Ingredients
½cabbage
1tbspoil
salt and pepper(to taste)
½tspgarlic powder
1tspsesame oil
ttspred pepper flakes(omit or adjust depending on desired level of spiciness)
Instructions
Cut the half cabbage into 3-4 wedges.
Brush with oil and add seasonings.
Air fry at 385° for 15 minutes, tossing gently once.
Notes
Green cabbage tends to be softer and have a more mild taste than red cabbage. If using red cabbage, you may need to cook longer. You can also add 1/2 cup of water to the bottom of your air fryer to steam roast the cabbage and make it even softer.
