Super easy, air fryer cabbage that's super customizable.

Ingredients

  • ½ cabbage
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • t tsp red pepper flakes (omit or adjust depending on desired level of spiciness)

Instructions

  • Cut the half cabbage into 3-4 wedges.
  • Brush with oil and add seasonings.
  • Air fry at 385° for 15 minutes, tossing gently once.

Notes

Green cabbage tends to be softer and have a more mild taste than red cabbage. If using red cabbage, you may need to cook longer. You can also add 1/2 cup of water to the bottom of your air fryer to steam roast the cabbage and make it even softer.
