  • 1 air fryer


  • 1 head bok choy
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • salt and pepper (to taste)


  • Wash and cut bok choy into stalks.
  • Drizzle on oil, salt, pepper and any other flavorings you would like.
  • Air fry at 375° for 5 minutes.
