Equipment

  • 1 air fryer optional - oven recipe in notes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts (trimmed and cut in half)
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 whole garlic clove (minced)
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 pinch salt (to taste)
  • 1 pinch pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl
    1 lb Brussels sprouts, 2 tsp olive oil, 1 whole garlic clove, ¼ cup parmesan cheese, 1 pinch salt, 1 pinch pepper
  • Place in air fryer. Air fry at 385° for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.

Notes

Oven option: Roast in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. If serving to babies, can steam roast by covering sprouts with foil or a baking liner during baking to make sprouts softer.
