Slice the avocado into fry-shapes.
2 whole avocados
In a small bowl, mix flour and spices.
¼ cup flour, 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp chili powder
Whisk egg in another small bowl. Place bread crumbs in a third bowl.
1 whole egg, 1 cup panko bread crumbs
Dip each avocado fry in the flour/spice mixture, then the egg, then the bread crumbs and place in the air fryer.
Air fry at 400° for 7 minutes, flipping once.
